Gernandt & Danielsson advises Aktiebolaget Fastator (publ) (“Fastator”) in its issue of subsequent bonds in an amount of SEK 100 million under its outstanding senior unsecured framework of up to SEK 1,000 million. The outstanding amount under the framework following the bond issue amounts to SEK 300 million. Fastator intends to apply for admission of trading of the new bonds at the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
