Gernandt & Danielsson advises Fastpartner AB (publ) in its issue of green bonds in an amount of SEK 1,300 million under its outstanding MTN programme. The net proceeds will be used towards refinancing outstanding unsecured bond loan and in accordance with Fastpartner’s green framework. The bonds will be admitted to trading on the Sustainable Bond List at Nasdaq Stockholm.
