Gernandt & Danielsson advises in NP3 Fastigheter AB’s (publ) (“NP3”) establishment of its medium term note programme (the “MTN Programme”).The MTN Programme is part of NP3’s debt financing and allows NP3 to issue medium term notes in an aggregate amount of up to SEK 5 billion to the capital market, in either SEK or EUR, with a minimum tenure of one year and with the possibility to also issue green bonds and sustainable-linked bonds. NP3 has in this context prepared a base prospectus, which has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised NP3 with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg and senior associate Simon Wetterholm. In addition, Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB (publ) are acting as lead arrangers under the MTN Programme and also acting as dealers and issuing agents together with Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ).
