Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Rebellion Operations AB’s (publ) (”Rebellion") issue of bonds in an amount of SEK 750 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 1,000 million. Rebellion has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm.
