Gernandt & Danielsson advises in VEF AB’s (publ) issue of sustainability bonds in an amount of SEK 500 million within a framework of SEK 1,000 million. The proceeds from the bonds will be used in accordance with VEF’s Sustainability Bond Framework, into investments following the sustainability criteria therein.

VEF AB (publ) is an investment company whose common shares are listed in Sweden. VEF invests in growth stage private fintech companies in emerging markets.
