Gernandt & Danielsson advises in VNV Global AB’s (publ) issue of new bonds in an amount of SEK 1,200 million within a framework of SEK 2,000 million and the ongoing redemption of outstanding bonds of series 2019/2022. The net proceeds from the new bonds will be used towards the aforementioned bond redemption and general corporate purposes.

VNV Global is an investment company with the business concept of using experience, expertise and a widespread network to identify and invest in assets with considerable potential for value appreciation. The company has a special focus on online marketplaces and businesses with strong network effects.
