Gernandt & Danielsson has advised YA Holding AB’s (publ) issue of bonds in an amount of SEK 480 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 650 million. The net proceeds shall be applied towards redemption of the company’s outstanding bonds and applied towards general corporate purposes, including fund parts of the acquisition of Arcus Utbildning and Jobbförmedling AB.

The bonds are linked to the company's recently launched framework for sustainability-linked bonds, the Sustainability-Linked Bond Framework, based on a social key figure. The key figure measures the company’s success in getting participants from their courses into employment and thus helping people who are outside the labour market.
