Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB and Swedbank AB (publ) in connection with a private placement of shares in Embracer Group AB through a directed new share issue of SEK 2 billion. Investors in the share issue included Swedish and international institutional investors.
