Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Altor backed O'Learys Group AB ("O'Learys") in its entry into a credit facilities agreement with Nordea as lender. The credit facilities agreement includes a revolving credit facility and a capex facility.

Founded in 2021, the O'Learys Group is a franchisor with more than 120 units worldwide. The vision is to be the European leader in eatertainment and the group includes the O'Learys, Harrys and Sing Sing Karaoke brands.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised O'Learys with a team consisting of partners Mikael Borg and Sofie Viktorsson, senior associate Jakob Forsell and associate Einar Brunsberg.
