Anders has been senior advisor at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2016. He was one of the founders of Gernandt & Danielsson in 1992 and was a partner until 2015. He has extensive experience with private and public M&A. Anders also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in a large number of areas, particularly in the automotive sector and the media sector. Anders currently works primarily with commercial contracts, company law, and trusts.
