Daniel has been a counsel at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2023 and works in the firm’s dispute resolution practice group.

Daniel specialises in Swedish and international commercial arbitration and litigation with a focus on construction, energy and insurance. Daniel has represented Swedish and international parties before courts and arbitral tribunals. The disputes have concerned inter alia construction, infrastructure such as tunnels, roads and railroads, high-tech plants, wind power, oil & gas, batteries, energy projects, insurance, and challenge of arbitral awards. Daniel also advises clients in relation to strategic construction, infrastructure and energy projects, as well as external investigations by authorities.

In addition to acting as counsel Daniel sits as an arbitrator in commercial disputes and is often retained as a speaker.
