Daniel has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2025. He has extensive experience in advising public and private companies on a broad range of matters, including general corporate matters, corporate governance, continuous disclosure requirements, IPOs, rights issues, private placements and other equity offerings as well as public M&A. In addition, Daniel regularly lectures in company law at Stockholm University.
