Daniel specialises in company law and securities law. His practice includes advising public and private companies on a broad range of matters, including general corporate matters, corporate governance, continuous disclosure requirements, IPOs, rights issues, private placements and other equity offerings as well as both private and public M&A. In addition, Daniel regularly lectures in company law and securities law at Swedish universities.
