Emilio is an Italian national and dual-qualified Swedish and Norwegian lawyer specializing in international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution. He has acted as counsel in numerous institutional (including ICC, SCC, ICDR, and PCA/UNCITRAL) and ad hoc arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on the energy and industrial sectors. Emilio also advises on international investment law and investor-state disputes, and sits as arbitrator in commercial disputes.
His experience covers a broad range of industries and commercial settings, from energy and commodities (natural gas, uranium, petroleum products, potash) to industrial manufacturing (automotive parts, industrial tools, medical equipment) and technology and services (SaaS and IT).
