Niclas has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2005 and heads the firm's Specialists practice group. He has over 20 years' experience advising clients who offer financial services and his qualifications in this area are regularly recognised in independent national and international rankings. His clients include entities in banking and insurance, asset management, e-money and payment institutions, and various operators in the FinTech sector. Niclas also has extensive experience advising investors in alternative investment funds and in connection with the establishment of alternative investment funds. He also has substantial experience negotiating international master agreements for OTC transactions, such as ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA.
