Oscar is a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson and has extensive corporate law experience. He advises clients primarily within the technology and software sectors on private and public M&A, capital raises and IPOs. Oscar frequently advises listed companies on company and capital markets law, insider rules, disclosure obligations and related questions. He also assists clients in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, joint venture agreements and shareholders’ agreements, as well as advising private equity clients, often in connection with investments in and divestments of portfolio companies.
