Senior Associate

Oscar has significant experience of commercial litigation as well as domestic and international arbitration and regulatory sanction proceedings. He represents clients within a wide range of industry sectors and often act as counsel in disputes concerning commercial agreements, transactions, professional liability and the financial system. He also advises on securities law and corporate law, including corporate investigations and stock market surveillance.
