Viktor has several years’ experience as an associate and has primarily practised in the areas of private and public transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, capital raisings and IPOs, as well as general corporate law. In his role as innovation manager, Viktor holds overall responsibility for the firm’s AI transformation, with a focus on advancing AI and knowledge management initiatives in close collaboration with the firm’s lawyers. Viktor is a member of the people & performance team.
