Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Eastnine on the financing of The Bridge

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Eastnine AB (publ), a Nasdaq Stockholm listed real estate company, on Swedish law in connection with the acquisition financing of The Bridge skyscraper in Warsaw, Poland. The purchase price for The Bridge amounted to EUR 240 million and was financed by a five-year secured bank loan from Erste Group of EUR 180m.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Eastnine with a team consisting of partner Björn Svensson as well as associates Erik Schwartz and Oskar Robertsson.
