Björn has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2015 and co-heads the firm’s banking & finance practice. Björn has more than 20 years’ experience practicing in the areas of financing, restructuring, capital markets, and private equity in a number of different sectors. He has also had secondments in London and Moscow. Björn is frequently engaged by clients and universities to provide training and teaching on, among other things, company law and capital markets law.
