Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisma Properties on its issue of green bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisma Properties in connection with its issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 500 million with maturity in 2030 under a total framwork of SEK 1,000 million. Prisma Properties will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisma Properties with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg, senior associate Simon Wetterholm and associate Ayda Jakobsson Hatay.
