Gernandt & Danielsson is advising HLL Hyreslandslaget in its acquisition of Herok Group

HLL Hyreslandslaget (“HLL”) announced on 29 May 2026 that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Herok Group (“Herok”), subject to customary merger approval. Both HLL and Herok are family-owned machine rental companies which together will create a strong presence in central and eastern Sweden.
