Gernandt & Danielsson is advising KlaraBo Sverige AB on the acquisition of a residential property portfolio from SBB and the merger with Sveafastigheter

Gernandt & Danielsson advises KlaraBo Sverige AB ("KlaraBo") on a combined transaction comprising (i) KlaraBo's acquisition of a residential property portfolio comprising approximately 4,100 flats from SBB i Norden AB and (ii) a merger with Sveafastigheter AB (publ) ("Sveafastigheter"), with Sveafastigheter as the surviving company.

The transaction is expected to be completed in September 2026. The combined company will have a property value of approximately SEK 47 billion and approximately 26,500 flats. Sveafastigheter and KlaraBo are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
