Gernandt & Danielsson advises in HOIST Kredit’s issue of bonds with a value of SEK 750 million.

The company HOIST Kredit AB (publ), specialising in acquisition and management of non-performing unsecured consumer loans, has issued bonds with a value of SEK 750 million. The issue was a private placement directed to Swedish institutional investors. The company aims to list the bonds at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm in January 2014.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised the company’s financial advisor Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ), with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg and associates Björn Svensson and Richard Ramberg.
