Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Priveq Investment Fund IV in connection with its investment in Anläggning & Kabel Entreprenad i Malmö AB.

Priveq has acquired approximately 60 per cent of the shares in Anläggning & Kabel Entreprenad i Malmö AB, a leading supplier of excavation work for cable and construction related projects in the southern parts of Sweden.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Priveq in the acquisition process through a team led by Partner Bob Johansson assisted by Associates Jonas Hämälä, Fredrik Francke-Rydén, Philip Rämsell, Helén Landenberg, and Simon Söderholm. Partner Björn Svensson and Associate Maria Klaesson have assisted Priveq with the financing of the acquisition, and Counsel Rolf Larsson and Associate Elin Eliasson with the competition filing in Sweden.
