ByggPartner i Dalarna Holding AB (publ) is a pure construction company with complementary activities in construction services and scaffolding. The main business of construction works includes construction and renovation of commercial, residential and public buildings. The company operates in Stockholm, Mälardalen, Uppsala, where it sees significant growth potential and in Dalarna where the Company is one of the leading construction companies.

The offering consisted of a public offering to retail and institutional investors in Sweden and internationally. The offering comprised of 6,961,584 existing shares in the company, corresponding to approximately 57.5 per cent of the aggregated 12,107,103 outstanding shares in the company.
