ICA-handlarnas Förbund Finans AB has entered into an agreement with Amasten Fastighets AB (publ) in relation to the sale of Urbano AB and its indirectly owned real estate portfolio.

The purchase prices is SEK 978.5 million on a debt free basis and will be paid by 190 million newly issued ordinary shares in Amasten. Following the transaction, Ica-handlarnas Förbund Finans AB will be the largest shareholder in Amasten and will hold approximately 44 percent of the shares.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised ICA-handlarnas Förbund in connection with the transaction with a team primarily consisting of Partners Caroline Jägenstedt Wikman and Gustav Skogö Nyvang as well as Associates Ludvig Berglönn and Elin Sahlin.
