Counsel

Caroline has significant experience of representing Swedish, foreign and multinational corporations in commercial litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration. She represents clients across a variety of industries and areas of law, including banking & finance, telecom, M&A, public transportation, manufacturing, insurance and energy. Caroline also regularly advises clients in public procurement related matters. She has extensive experience of court proceedings in public procurement related matters and represents clients in every aspect of public procurements as well as contracts between the public sector and suppliers.

Caroline is active in several organisations in the dispute resolution field and serves, since 2024, as representative of the ICC’s global policy commission, Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
