Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Heimstaden AB's (publ) issue of bonds in an amount of EUR 350 million, within a framework amount of EUR 450 million. The bond proceeds are intended to be used for purchase of equity in Heimstaden Bostad AB and general corporate purposes within the Heimstaden group.

Heimstaden has undertaken to list the new bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
