Nobina AB (publ) has entered into an agreement to acquire Telepass AB, a market leader in service traffic in Skåne. Through the acquisition, which inter alia is conditional on the approval of the Swedish Competition Authority, Nobina will, through its subsidiary Samtrans, become a market leading supplier of service traffic in Sweden.
