Upplands Motor Holding AB has signed an agreement to sell all shares in Upplands Motor Stockholm AB to Bilia AB (publ).

The transaction entails that Upplands Motor Holding sells the part of the business that includes authorised Mercedes resale as well as the service business for Mercedes passenger cars, vans and trucks to Bilia. The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority.
