Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Genova Property Group AB’s (publ) (”Genova”) issue of subsequent green hybrid bonds in an amount of SEK 100 million under its outstanding green hybrid framework of up to SEK 1,250 million. The outstanding amount under the green hybrid framework following the bond issue amounts to SEK 800 million.

The net proceeds from the issue of the green hybrid bonds will be used in accordance with Genova’s green financial framework. Genova intends to apply for admission of trading of the green hybrid bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm's sustainable bond list.
