Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Mirovia AB’s (publ) (”Mirovia”) issue of subsequent bonds in an amount of SEK 400 million, issued within the existing framework of SEK 800 million. Mirovia has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm.
