Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Novedo Holding AB’s (publ) (”Novedo) issue of subsequent bonds in an amount of SEK 250 million, issued within a total framework amount of SEK 1,500 million. Novedo has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the corporate bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm.

Novedo is a privately owned industrial group that since 2021 acquires and develops companies within industry, infrastructure, and installation and services. The group’s 19 acquisitions, encompassing 36 companies, have about 950 employees and pro forma net sales of about SEK 2,050 million. The company is planning for an IPO during the first half of 2023.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Novedo with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg and senior associate Simon Wetterholm. In addition, ABG Sundal Collier and Pareto Securities have acted as financial advisors to Novedo.
