Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Fastighets Aktiebolaget Trianon's (publ) issue of sustainable subordinated perpetual capital securities amounting to SEK 500 million within a framework amount of SEK 1,000 million as well as repurchase of the company's outstanding capital securities.

The company intends to list the new capital securities on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. The bond proceeds will be used in accordance with the company's Sustainable Bond Framework, including refinancing of the company's outstanding capital securities.

Trianon is an entrepreneurial property company in Malmö. The company's shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
