Volati has acquired all shares in MAFI Group AB – a global market leading supplier of mounting solutions, primarily for telecom equipment and solar panels. The company is, in addition to Sweden, represented in the US, China and Kenya. MAFI has sales of approximately SEK 325 million per year.

Volati is a Swedish industrial group founded in 2003 with operations in 18 countries, approximately 1,800 employees and annual sales of just over SEK 6 billion. Volati's ordinary and preferential shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
