Gernandt & Danielsson advises KRUK S.A. (”KRUK”) in its issue of bonds in an amount of EUR 150 million, issued within a total framework of EUR 350 million.

KRUK is the parent company in an international group, the principal business of which consist of the management of debt portfolios acquired from, among others, banks in Poland, Romania, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. KRUK is a listed company with shares listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises KRUK with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg, senior associate Simon Wetterholm and associate Jonathan Antonsson. Arctic Securities and DNB Markets act as financial advisors to KRUK in connection with the transaction.
