Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Vestum AB (publ) (“Vestum") in connection with an issue of bonds in a total amount of SEK 600 million in a new series of 2023/2026. Vestum will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advised in Vestum's tender offer of bonds of series 2021/2024, for which the proceeds from the newly issued bonds have been used.

Vestum is an industrial group that provides niche services and products to civic infrastructure.
