Alexander is an associate with the firm’s banking, finance and restructuring practice. Alexander has extensive experience advising borrowers and lenders in complex financial transactions, specialising in bank and direct lending, restructuring and insolvency transactions and debt capital markets issues. He has experience advising Nordic and international borrowers and lenders in leveraged, cross-over and investment grade financing transactions, green and sustainability linked loans, complex restructuring and insolvency transactions (both in and out of court), as well as high-yield, investment grade and hybrid debt capital markets issues.
