Foad has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2022 and heads the firm’s EU & Competition practice group. Foad has unique experience in advising clients in complex global antitrust matters, including strategic Phase 2 merger reviews, PE driven bolt-ons, investigations across jurisdictions relating to abuse of dominance, cartels and state aid. His expertise also includes state aid and general EU law, pleading at the EU courts in Luxembourg and in international arbitration tribunals.
