Gernandt & Danielsson contributes to Chambers International Arbitration Global Practice Guide 2026

Partners Björn Tude and Daniel Waerme have together with counsel Caroline Gulliksson Dock and associate Sandra Aljassani authored the Swedish chapters “Law and Practice” and ”Trends and Developments” in the recently published Chambers International Arbitration Global Practice Guide.

The guide provides updates on global arbitration practice and trends, and covers close to 70 jurisdictions. Topics included are, inter alia, governing legislation, arbitral tribunals, preliminary and interim relief, collection and submission of evidence, types of remedies, enforcement and review of awards, and third-party funding.
