Daniel is co-heading Gernandt & Danielsson’s dispute resolution practice. He is an experienced arbitration practitioner and litigator, with a focus on complex and international disputes.

Daniel frequently represents Swedish, foreign and multinational corporations in high-value disputes before state courts and domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He has acted as counsel under all major arbitral rules (including ICC, SCC, ICDR/AAA, and LCIA), as well as in ad hoc arbitrations. His practice covers disputes in a wide range of areas and industry sectors, including energy and natural resources, infrastructure and construction, supply of industrial works and mechanical equipment, automotive, telecom, public transportation, insurance, post-M&A, and banking and finance. In addition to counsel assignments, he also sits as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.

He is ranked as a leading individual in dispute resolution in Sweden by Chambers, Legal 500 and Who’s Who / Lexology (including Who’s Who Thought Leaders: Global Elite in Commercial Litigation).
