Andreas has been a counsel at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2011. He has extensive experience of working with commercial litigation and arbitration, on both the Swedish and international levels, as well as in licensing and supervisory matters, in the finance sector and other sectors. He also has vast experience in advising on corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on the finance sector, and foundation matters. Andreas specialises in dispute resolution as well as corporate law and foundation law. He is regularly engaged to give seminars and lectures on corporate law and foundation law.

Gernandt & Danielsson represented Nordea and DNB in the sale of Luminor to Blackstone

Nordea and DNB have divested 60 per cent of the Baltic bank Luminor to a consortium led by private equity funds managed by Blackstone. As a result of the transaction, each of Nordea and DNB holds approximately 20 per cent of Luminor.
