Fredrik has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2007 and co-heads the firm's corporate/capital markets practice group. He has over 25 years’ experience in the areas of private and public M&A, equity capital markets, and private and venture capital investments and divestments in a number of different sectors. Fredrik also has extensive experience in providing day-to-day advice to listed and other companies on everything from securities law and corporate law issues to commercial contracts, as well as in running multi-jurisdictional transactions. Fredrik is a member of the Swedish Securities Council.
