Gabriel Zsiga joined Gernandt & Danielsson in 2011 and is a partner since 2022. Gabriel started his career focusing on EU and competition law and regulatory advice, but today primarily works with corporate and transaction law, focusing on private M&A and equity capital markets. Gabriel has extensive experience from advising on corporate structuring and the preparation of shareholders’ agreements. Furthermore, he regularly represents issuers and banks in IPOs and capitals raisings. Gabriel also regularly advise on the market information and insider framework as well as in general corporate governance matters, including acting as board secretary.
