Gustav has been a partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2017. He specialises in securities law and corporate law and has a broad range of experience in a number of corporate practice areas across multiple sectors. In addition to advising on transactions such as privately negotiated acquisitions, divestures, capital raising, public takeovers, public rights issues, and private placements, Gustav also has extensive experience in providing day-to-day advice to listed and other companies on securities and corporate law issues. Gustav is also frequently engaged by clients to provide training in these areas.
