Senior Associate

Simon primarily advices arrangers and borrowers in a wide variety of domestic and international bank financing and debt capital market transactions including syndicated and bilateral loans (leverage and investment grade), direct lending, high yield bonds, and other capital markets financings such as MTN and EMTN programmes and hybrid instruments. Simon also advices in financial restructurings and pre-insolvency workouts with a particular focus on complex company reorganisations and reconstructions in debt capital markets.
