Commercial contracts are central to many companies’ operations. Keeping the business in focus, we apply the law to create optimal contracts for our clients.

Our extensive experience in contract work enables us to assist our clients with both contract writing and strategic advice in negotiations, during the term of the agreement, and in the event of termination. We regularly act as advisors to Swedish and international companies in complex contractual work. Our lawyers offer leading expertise and have extensive knowledge of standard agreements and contract practice across a wide range of industries. Many of our lawyers also have experience working as in-house lawyers through, for example, secondments.

Our services include:
  • Operational agreements such as purchasing, manufacturing and delivery agreements, distribution, reseller, agent and franchise agreements, license and royalty agreements, and general terms and conditions of various kinds
  • Strategic collaborations such as joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and collaboration agreements
