Peter Forsberg leder byråns EU- och konkurrensrättspraktik och är specialiserad inom EU- och konkurrensrätt med ett särskilt fokus på svensk och internationell förvärvskontroll, konkurrensrättsliga utredningar, tvister och domstolsprocesser, regelefterlevnad och andra aspekter av konkurrensrätt, liksom kontroll av utländska direktinvesteringar (UDI) inför konkurrensmyndigheter samt andra sektorsmyndigheter och domstolar.

Peter är erkänd som ledande inom EU- och konkurrensrätt av internationella rankinginstitut som Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 och Lexology Index (Who’s Who Legal).
